John D. (Jack) Horn was the project manager and Mike McNulty the superintendent on this 13-phase, $6 million project. Jack and Mike’s abilities to work with the hospital staff and keep current on all changes was critical to the successful completion of this project. Despite numerous owner changes, Martin Horn was still able to meet the scheduled completion date and the ER was able to keep its mandated minimum number of open beds throughout the project.
