The Tiger Fuel renovation consisted of a 3,388 sf gas station/convenience store and a 1,200 sf single bay automatic car wash. The site currently has an existing gas station/convenience store and car wash in operation. The project had two distinct phases with phase one including the demolition of the existingcar wash and construction of the new car wash and new convenience store. Phase two included closing and demolishing the existing store and installing the new fuel storage tanks and dispensers, concrete islands, concrete pads and canopy. The different construction materials being utilized were; turndown slab-on-grade, brick veneer, structural steel, bar joist, metal deck, EPDM roof system, aluminum entrance/storefront, EIFS, copper cladding, copper gutters and downspouts, skylights, ceramic tile, FRP and typical MEP items.
