Dhanvant Goradia, of Commercial Rentals LLC, contracted with Martin Horn to build the new Starbucks on Seminole Rd. across from the Charlottesville Walmart. The work consisted of the demolition of the old Real Estate III building, the construction of the new building shell, along with all the site work and utilities. This Starbucks location is only 1200 square feet and services only drive-thru and walk-up customers. This fast-paced project finished on time, and with its unique finishes and paint choices is a nice addition to this area of Seminole Rd. Dhanvant is a repeat customer of Martin Horn, and as always, is a pleasure to work with.
