The SNL Renovation covered 2500 square feet and included demolition, a new kitchen area, multiple paint schemes, new flooring and carpeting and updated plumbing, electric and HVAC. Martin Horn also coordinated with Creative Office Furniture to get the space furnished with limited downtime. The job was completed on schedule even though there were multiple change orders. Much of the work was completed on nights and weekends as not to delay the completion of the project.
