This project was a renovation of an existing retail location at Barracks Road in Charlottesville, VA. The project included the removal of the old storefront and demo of an adjacent store. Our team framed, repainted, and built the new storefront while framing out the new space. In the adjacent space we added stairs, a mezzanine, flooring and drywall ceiling. We also installed a new HVAC system, plumbing, and electrical into the unit.
