Midway Manor is an affordable housing community that is comprised of 98 apartments, which house seniors and people with disabilities of “very low- and extremely-low income.” Each of the 98 apartments received new architectural and MEP finishes, including new kitchen cabinets and appliances, new LVT flooring, fresh paint, and new bathroom fixtures. Each unit was completed over the course of 12 days, with 10 units under construction at all times. With this rolling, phased approach, Martin Horn was able to turn over two freshly renovated units back to their residents every two days for the entire duration of the project.

The project also included renovation work to the common areas and corridors, as well as upgrading and renovating several of the community’s amenities, including a new management office, mailroom, gym, club room. Martin Horn also upgraded the accessibility of the new exterior gazebo and garden area, allowing all residents to safely use both spaces.
