Martin Horn moved a “mountain” from one side of the site to another. Overall, there was roughly 170,000 cubic yards of dirt and rock moved from where the new expansion sits. For a project of this size and construction, speed is the main objective. The 200,000 SF tilt panel construction expansion of an existing 400,000 SF distribution warehouse.
