The Gateway Market Center is a 8,400 SF commercial building located in Ruckersville, Virginia that consist of five commercial business as follows: Subway, Hair Cuttery, East Gourmet, ABC and Verizon Wireless. Martin Horn completed the shell building and all of the MEP rough in requirements for the tenants. The project is wood frame with a brick veneer and slab on grade. The owners were very pleased with the work that Martin Horn did and are currently negotiating a Gateway Market II.
