Martin Horn partnered with Stony Point Development Group to transform The Dairy Market into a premier food hall, delivering 14 unique food and retail spaces. The project began with the installation of commercial kitchen exhaust hoods, laying the foundation for each vendor’s kitchen. From there, we collaborated closely with future food court tenants to customize and build out their spaces according to their specific needs and vision. Stony Point Development Group managed tenant improvement budgets, ensuring each restaurant had the resources to create a unique experience. Notable openings include Starr Hill Brewery, Dino’s Pizza, Moo Thru, CHIMM, Angelics, TakeItAway, Eleva Coffee, and more, solidifying The Dairy Market as a vibrant culinary destination.
