2023 & 2024: Independent living corridor upgrades, including new lighting, wallcoverings, carpet, and paint across nine corridors. Each corridor, located in an occupied residential area, was completed within six weeks. This also included the expansion of a new lounge and a large community auditorium as part of a 20-month, $5M project.
2022: Service corridor, Bistro, and dining area renovation in the assisted living section. This $1M, eight-month phased renovation included updates to the dining room and kitchen, and a refresh of the Bistro with new millwork, a fireplace, and a coffered ceiling.
2020: Building addition featuring a new cafeteria.
