Coca-Cola Bottling Works is a historic building in Charlottesville, VA. Martin Horn was presented with the challenge of renovating this industrial structure for retail space. Working alongside the owner, there were many changes and hands on coordination to get the project to its final form. The building was occupied with tenants during the entire renovation, but did not stop the team from completing the project on time. The final project consists of an exposed HVAC system, natural light and steel windows.
