The 72,000 sq. ft. Clinical Office Building included a geothermal mechanical system and MEP infrastructure to support multiple MRIs and CT scanners. Martin Horn provided preliminary budgeting for this project and was selected as the General Contractor for the building shell. Fitout contracts for the Imaging Center, the endocrine clinic and ENT clinics were subsequently awarded to Martin Horn.
