Working in an occupied facility is one thing–but working at the center of the main entrance is another. In order to prevent disruption to club members, but also achieve an aggressive schedule, the project management team meticulously planned the phases and analyzed how members would be affected. With limited access, the team was required to effectively communicate with owners, staff, and members to create a new entry and access paths throughout the project as different phases of the work were completed. Our team reported the most enjoyable aspect of the project was the excitement and enthusiasm of the ACAC staff about their new workspace.
