Before breaking ground, Martin Horn worked with the owners of the 550 Water Street mixed-use building for a year. Together they worked on the building design, city approvals, traffic planning, and coordinating with the adjacent railroad. This elegant six-story mixed-used building includes four condominiums on the upper floors above ground-floor commercial space. The height and custom shape with a unique brick veneer make 550 Water Street a gorgeous addition to Charlottesville’s skyscape.
