Cost: $9 million Completion: November 2004 Martin Horn is proud to have installed the first commercial geothermal HVAC system at the Clinical Office Building in the Fontaine Research Park. We provided preliminary budgeting for the $9 million project, which included MEP infrastructure to support multiple MRIs and CT scanners. After completing the 72,000 sq. ft. shell, we were hired by numerous clients for tenant upgrades, including contracts for the Imaging Center, the endocrine clinic, and ENT clinic.
